The short version

This site has no cookies and no tracking. The only personal information it collects is what you type into its two forms, the contact form and a short form on the /start page, and that goes to one email inbox. If you came from one of Holston Studio's videos on social media, the short form also records which video link you used. If you book an intro call with the Pick a time link, you book on TidyCal, which collects your name and email under its own privacy policy.

What the contact form collects

Your name, your business name, what you want the website to do, your email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. The form also includes a hidden field that people never see. Automated spam fills it in, which is how spam gets dropped.

What the /start form collects

Your name, your business name, one phone number or email address and, if you choose to add it, a short note about what is not working with your site. If you came from one of Holston Studio's videos on social media, the form also records which video link you used. It records nothing else about you and sets no cookies. Like the contact form, it includes a hidden field that people never see, which is how spam gets dropped.

Where it goes

Both forms are handled by Netlify, the company that hosts this site. Netlify stores each submission and forwards it to hello@holstonstudio.com, a mailbox hosted by GoDaddy. Noel DeLisle is the only person who reads it. Netlify's own privacy policy covers their handling of the data.

How it is used

To reply to you about your project. Your details are not added to a mailing list, sold, shared with anyone else or used for advertising. If the short form records which video link you used, that is only counted to see which videos bring in inquiries.

How long it is kept

Submissions are cleared from form storage regularly, and deleted any time you ask. Your email stays in the hello@ mailbox for as long as the conversation is useful, and is deleted from there too on request.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics.

Email

If you email hello@holstonstudio.com directly, your message is handled like any other email, in a mailbox hosted by GoDaddy.
